Nature Making Love

The symphony of thunder:

the cleansing sheets of

squall spread rain

wash upon the writhing lake

and fertile life

of woven green

and bent flowered boughs

whose reaching arms

sway in wild

pregnant seeded

wind whipped

moans and cries

kissing and caressing

in a passion dance:

an ecstasy held fast

embraced in the fierce act
