Clarity and Passage in Time

I am not here to be

plundered or bought or sold;

picked apart or, packed and bent of

arbitrary use and force of refold.

I am not here to entertain

you; your waiting or

your hidden personalities

nor, bargain with any baggage

concerning your

'assumptions'

and

'expectations'.

Neither, am I here to entertain

consumed as a fagot set aglow in

the fires of your surmises and

the warmings of your hopes and dreams.

Instead, recognize in clarity,

The door has but swung open.

You may examine.

Your may touch and, you may

even blow off the dust.

You may linger

or you may, as wish, not.

For,

I am but a passage in Time

who would welcome you

to the curio shop

of my mind.
